Magic Lantern – a school of cinema, founded by A.Ramesh Kumar D.F.Tech, known popularly as Cinematographer of the film ‘OOMAIVIZHIGAL’ which set a landmark by changing the format of Tamil Films from conventional 35mm to Cinemascope. He is qualified technician from Film and Television Institute of Tamilnad, chennai and has an eye for exploring new techniques in Cinematography by giving different visuals in his film “Oomaivizhigal” and “Uzhavan Magan”.
